Denise Grant is a partner in the Project Development & Finance Group. Her practice consists of representing multinational corporations, financial institutions and multilaterals and export credit agencies in their secured and unsecured private financing activities, including acquisition financings, corporate restructurings, project finance transactions in emerging markets and other domestic and international private financings. Ms. Grant also advises lenders on political risk insurance matters with private sector, export credit agency and multilateral providers of political risk coverage. She has also represented multinational corporations on general corporate matters.

Ms. Grant is named a leading lawyer in Latin America-wide Banking & Finance by Chambers Latin America (2013), in Latin America Investment by Chambers USA (2013), in Bank Lending by Chambers Global (2013) and in Bank Lending by IFLR 1000 (2013). She was also named one of the top International Business/Corporate attorneys by New York Super Lawyers, a distinction given to only five percent of the lawyers in the state, and was shortlisted for “Finance Lawyer of the Year” (2013) by Chambers USA Women in Law.
