Denton Nichols is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Nichols served as a staff attorney to Justice Harvey Brown of the Texas First Court of Appeals and as a law clerk to Justice Michael Massengale of the same court.

Mr. Nichols received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law in 2011, where he served on the Texas Law Review and as an intern to Justice Dale Wainwright of the Texas Supreme Court. Additionally, during law school he undertook an internship at the Panama Canal Authority, studied civil law at the University of Buenos Aires School of Law, and achieved a M.A. in Latin American studies. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in sociology and Hispanic studies from Rice University in 2006. Mr. Nichols is fluent in Spanish and highly proficient in Portuguese and French.
