Mr. Warner is senior counsel in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department. For more than 30 years, he has been involved in a wide range of U.S. and international financings and restructurings, debt and equity capital markets transactions and joint ventures, including a number of project financings executed simultaneously in the bond and commercial bank markets and involving international agency lenders and political risk insurers.

Mr. Warner has recently advised on project financings, structured financings and joint ventures in the oil and gas, petrochemical, minerals, transportation, telecommunications and power sectors in Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Qatar, Tunisia, Poland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Thailand and Indonesia. He has also advised on a number of transnational projects, including undersea fiber optic cables, satellites and pipelines. His restructuring practice has involved both domestic and foreign debtors.
