Eduardo A. Carvajal is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Carvajal’s practice encompasses a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, debt offerings, structuring of joint ventures and general commercial transactions.

Aurora Capital Group in a variety of transactions including (i) the acquisition of Industrial Container Services, a steel, plastic and fiber drum manufacturing and reconditioning business, (ii) the acquisition of DuBois Chemicals, a leading manufacturer of specialty chemical products and (iii) the sale of Impaxx, a labeling and packaging business.
Carlton Forge Works in its sale to Precision Castparts.
Marlin Equity Partners in its acquisition of the technology solutions division of Agilysys.
Idealab, a technology enterprise incubator, in connection with the sale of its equity interests in Internet Brands, a leading operator of media and e-commerce websites.
AP Urban Harbor, a joint venture between Urban Partners and AREA Property Partners, in the acquisition of various real property assets from Harbor Properties.
Terna Energy in the development and financing of wind-powered electric generation facilities.
Mitchell International in the issuance of various series of preferred stock and on general corporate matters.
An internet advertising business in a variety of transactions including (i) the acquisition of a cost-per acquisition affiliate internet advertising network and (ii) the private placement of equity to institutional investors.
A U.S. developer in the sale of several wind and solar energy power generation project sites.
A Mexican issuer in the hospitality and leisure industry in a senior note offering under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Mr. Carvajal was an associate with Hogan & Hartson in Washington D.C.
Mr. Carvajal received his law degree, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2003, where he was the Publications Editor on The Tax Lawyer journal. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Social Studies and a Certificate in Spanish from Harvard College in 2000.
