Edward A. Saxe

Edward Saxe focuses on the real estate, business and tax areas, including complex tax-oriented real estate partnerships, syndications and joint venture matters. He has extensive experience analyzing and structuring the acquisition and development of real estate of all types, including affordable housing, tax-credit transactions, and private placement offerings of real estate and other properties.

While engaged in real estate as a principal, he acquired and developed large residential apartment complexes and other properties. He is familiar with all major aspects of real estate financing, development, construction and administrative processing.

As a lawyer, he has represented business and institutional clients in structuring large tax-free exchange transactions; joint ventures between developers and financial institutions; and the acquisition and sale of multimillion-dollar residential, office, hotel and other commercial properties.
