Sharon represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment issues. She counsels employers on compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws, represents employers in administrative proceedings before federal and state agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, and National Labor Relations Board, and in employment arbitration and litigation. During over two decades in practice, Sharon has handled hundreds of charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, provided advice and counseling to employers in connection with representation elections, pre election campaigns, and unfair labor practice charges, and has represented clients in labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts. Sharon has extensive experience representing employers in the healthcare industry.

Sharon is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court; the US Circuit Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Seventh Circuits; the US District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia; and the Supreme Court of Virginia. Sharon is active in her community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Board of Trustees for the United Way of South Hampton Roads Foundation.
