Win Cook focuses his practice in commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, and products liability. Mr. Cook’s experience in these areas includes the representation of financial institutions and closely held corporations in both state and federal courts.
In law school, Mr. Cook served as president of the Honor Council and as a board member of the Vanderbilt Trial Advocacy Society. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cook served as a fellow with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society where he successfully advocated for his clients in areas such as unemployment compensation, consumer protection, and public benefits.
