Elias Sayegh

Elias Sayegh

is an associate in the New York office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Middle East & Islamic Finance Practice Group. Mr. Sayegh has represented private equity sponsors, US-based companies, real estate funds and individual investors in their financing related transactions. He represented a number of clients in Shari'ah-compliant finance and investment transactions, including corporate acquisitions, real estate transactions, working capital financing, structured and subordination financings, and letter of credit/guaranty facilities. He has done financing work for clients in various industries such as construction, food and beverage, healthcare and retail. Prior to joining King and Spalding, Elias worked as a structured finance associate for securitization transactions in the middle east.
