Elif Kimyacioglu is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins. Her practice focuses primarily on antitrust and competition, merger control, and intellectual property. She has represented companies in the airline, software, power supply, biomedical supply and entertainment industries in both domestic and international matters.

Ms. Kimyacioglu also has an active pro bono practice, particularly in the areas of immigration and asylum. She has represented clients in the asylum office, immigration court, Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit.

Ms. Kimyacioglu received her law degree, cum laude, from Santa Clara University, School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. While earning her law degree, she participated in several moot court competitions, placing first in the Western Regionals of the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition. She also studied at the Cornell-Sorbonne Institute in Paris during the summer of 2006.
