Liz focuses her practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in syndicated and single-lender commercial debt financing transactions, including revolving and term loan credit facilities. Liz has experience in documenting, closing and maintaining many types of financial transactions, including large syndicated cash flow and asset-based credit facilities. Liz also has experience documenting the workout and restructuring of existing credit facilities.
