Elizabeth is a member of the Financial Industry Group, practising in the area of Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy. Elizabeth represents institutional lenders, secured creditors and trade creditors in bankruptcies, loan restructurings and workouts. Additionally, Elizabeth regularly assists institutional lenders in both front-end documentation and amendments, modifications and forbearance agreements relating to commercial loans, asset-based financings and other secured transactions. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Elizabeth served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas H. Fulton, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Kentucky.
