Elizabeth practices in the areas of financial services and commercial litigation, representing business clients in a variety of mortgage, banking, and commercial litigation matters. She also works on government regulatory and criminal investigation matters, and her experience includes representing corporate and individual clients regarding criminal changes, criminal investigations, and compliance with state and federal law. Elizabeth enjoys being in the courtroom, and has taken the lead drafting and arguing motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and motions in limine prior to trial for her corporate clients. She has also represented her clients in depositions and at mediation, negotiated complex settlements, and served as defense counsel in both civil and criminal trials.
