Eric Nelson is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, and a member of the firm’s Commercial Transactions & Business Counseling Practice. He is also a member of the Energy Industry Team. He focuses his practice on contractual and distribution issues, including those involving manufacturers, utilities and energy marketers. He has particular experience in product distribution, dealership matters, secured transactions, contracts for the purchase and sale of electricity, natural gas and coal, and capital equipment purchase and sale agreements. He has assisted numerous clients in bringing their products and services to market, through supply, sales representation and distribution agreements, and has advised clients regarding product recall issues.
