Eric D. Stolze is an associate in the Litigation practice of the Paul Hastings Atlanta office. His practice areas include Patent and Technology Litigation, IP Transactions and Licenseing, and Complex Litigation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Stolze served as a law clerk to the Honorable William T. Moore, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia in Savannah. During his clerkship, Mr. Stolze volunteered as an attorney coach for the Georgia High School Mock Trial Competition team at a local public school.

Mr. Stolze received his J.D. in 2010 as a First Honor Graduate of The University of Georgia School of Law and member of the Order of the Coif and Chattahoochee Inn of Court. He was a member of the Georgia Law Review’s editorial board and served as a Notes Editor. Additionally, he obtained a BBA in Finance from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 2006, also as a First Honor Graduate. He is admitted to practice law in Georgia.
