Eric J. Marcuson is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Real Estate Practice. Our real estate attorneys represent a variety of real estate owners and stakeholders, including: national and international companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), institutional lenders, private equity funds, and pension funds and advisers in connection with their ownership, use, and financing of real estate.

Mr. Marcuson has represented REITs, Fortune 500 companies, privately held real estate companies, energy and utility companies, institutional lenders, private equity funds, and other owners, operators, and users of real estate in a wide variety of real estate transactions. He also represents institutional investors in the formation of real estate investment vehicles.

Mr. Marcuson regularly handles complex multistate transactions, including portfolio acquisitions, dispositions and financings, and real estate joint ventures, as well as commercial leasing and sale and leaseback transactions for office, warehouse, and industrial properties.
