He has represented nearly every class of manufacturer, and has built a reputation for achieving cost-effective resolution of litigations through early investigation, coordinated discovery, and motion practice. On the transactional and regulatory side, Eric helps clients avoid and mitigate known and potential risks through due diligence, corporate compliance, pre-marketing risk assessment and development of strategic solutions to acquired risks.

Eric is also an experienced commercial litigator, and has successfully represented international shipping, technology, and insurance companies in cases involving trade secrets, trademark infringement, fraud, employment discrimination and breach of contract.

Eric was Hiring Partner for the New York Office from 2006 until 2012, during which time the office grew by nearly 75 percent from approximately 140 to 250 lawyers.
