Erik F. Franks

Erik Franks is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. He has extensive experience with a variety of securities offerings and debt transactions, including offerings of senior and subordinated convertible notes, high-yield notes and investment-grade notes; private placements of convertible and non-convertible notes, common stock and warrants; secured and unsecured bank financings; and commercial paper facilities. Erik also has experience negotiating a broad range of derivative instruments, including capped calls, bond hedge and warrant transactions, capped and collared accelerated stock repurchases, foreign exchange derivatives, interest rate swaps, and commodity derivatives.
