Erik Belenky's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, in which he represents public and private companies, private equity firms, special committees, and financial advisors in the full range of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, and corporate restructurings. He also regularly advises boards of directors on corporate governance matters.

Erik's experience spans a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, industrials, information technology, and health care. General Electric, Georgia-Pacific, Koch Industries, and Reed Elsevier are among the companies with which he has worked.

Erik is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and has written on Delaware law developments and various M&A matters. He is a member of the board of trustees of The Schenck School (a private school in Atlanta for dyslexic students).
