Erin East is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Ms. East's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities. She has also represented clients in securities regulatory matters and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. East clerked for the Honorable Robert R. Beezer of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Seattle, Washington.
