Frank Williams joined the corporate department as an associate in 2012. Frank has a range of experience in private fund matters including advising clients with respect to regulatory issues faced by the private fund industry, investing in private funds, and assisting with general fundraising matters for fund sponsor clients. His clients have included both U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors, funds of funds, private foundations, university endowments and other private investment vehicles. Frank also represents registered investment companies, their independent trustees, and investment advisers in regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Frank interned at the Japanese law firm of Momo-o, Matsuo & Namba in Tokyo, Japan where he assisted with cross-border transactional work. During law school, Frank served as a staff editor of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law.
