Gary is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group practicing in the areas of products liability and commercial litigation. Though he has a special interest in the representation of pharmaceutical, medical device and biologics manufacturers, Gary has wide experience in various aspects of commercial litigation. In addition, Gary's practice includes both litigation and advice on corporate practices, as well as product development evaluations. His practice is strengthened by an extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry including regulatory filings (NDAs, INDs, PMAs, 510ks, SNOCs, (Canada)), project development and manufacturing procedures.
