Ginggi Storer is an associate in the firm’s Technology Transactions Practice and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Technology and Life Sciences Groups. He advises emerging and established companies in the commercialization of intellectual property, including through licensing, strategic collaborations and joint ventures. Mr. Storer joined Goodwin Procter in 2006.

Mr. Storer advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property, technology and commercial matters, including: the acquisition, management, licensing and commercialization of intellectual property; partnering transactions (such as joint research and development collaborations, strategic alliances, JVs and reseller and OEM arrangements); commercial and research and development relationships (such as supply, distribution, manufacturing, clinical trial, services and consulting arrangements); and intellectual property support for mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity transactions.
