Gina E. Betts

Gina E. Betts has extensive experience in corporate and securities law. She represents issuers and purchasers in debt and equity public and private transactions, as well as in leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and management buyouts (MBOs), portfolio company acquisitions and dispositions, and fund formations. Ms. Betts also prepares U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reports and counsels clients on general SEC compliance.

She represents issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities and assists public companies in the preparation of periodic reports and proxy statements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Ms. Betts also represents companies in mergers and acquisitions, including stock and asset transactions, exchange offers, and tender offers. In addition, she represents companies in connection with the negotiation and structuring of joint venture, partnership, and other general business arrangements.
