Ginger Mimier is an attorney in Goodwin Procter’s Litigation Department and a member of its Intellectual Property Group. Ms. Mimier focuses her practice on patent litigation. She joined Goodwin Procter in 2006.

Ms. Mimier devotes the majority of her practice to patent litigation, both in federal courts as well as before the International Trade Commission in section 337 proceedings. She also has experience assisting with reexaminations before the USPTO. She has worked on patent cases involving a broad range of technologies, including VoIP telephony, immunoassay devices, semiconductors and pharmaceuticals.
