Glen Feinberg focuses his trial practice on the defense of educational, child care, health care and religious institutions in general liability, employment and malpractice claims. He has acted as a crisis manager for summer camps and child care institutions in emergency situations, communicating with authorities and families and coordinating his client’s response to the situation. He also regularly provides risk management advice and training to help clients avoid situations that could give rise to litigation. Another key aspect of Glen’s practice involves the defense of nursing homes and home health care agencies in malpractice claims.

Throughout his career, Glen has developed extensive experience in the area of psychiatric damages and often is retained to handle cases involving plaintiffs who have psychiatric illnesses or are suspected of feigning injuries.
