Grant Alexander represents clients in a broad array of employment, business and real estate litigation matters. Grant's representation of clients in the litigation process includes class action litigation, as well as litigation matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination and complex commercial and real estate transactions, among many others, in both state and federal courts.
Grant also represents clients on business related matters with respect to claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, contractual disputes, claims under the California Business & Professions Code and claims under the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
In addition to his litigation practice, Grant also advises clients on a variety of transactional matters, including the preparation and maintenance of employee handbooks and employee policies, providing advice to employers with respect to all aspects of hiring and separating individuals from their employment, and the preparation of executive employment agreements, among others.
