Gregory’s clients include large national and international business organizations. He also is frequently retained by national law firms to serve as Delaware counsel for cases pending in Delaware’s courts. In this role, he provides counsel on matters involving Delaware law and provides insight into the unique practices employed by the judges in each of Delaware’s various courts.
