Gregory J. Casas

focuses his practice on antitrust, complex business litigation, and energy and natural resources law. Greg's antitrust and complex business litigation practices are international in scope. His antitrust practice includes litigating price-fixing, bid-rigging, market allocation claims and providing counseling for DOJ/FTC investigations, joint venture formation, mergers and acquisitions, pricing plans, and other contractual relationships. Greg has counseled numerous clients, both in the United States and internationally, with regard to Hart-Scott-Rodino filings and related Second Requests. Greg's complex business litigation experience includes international dispute resolution, arbitration and class action litigation. He has experience litigating commercial contractual disputes, bad faith insurance claims, real estate litigation and construction disputes. His international practice includes arbitration and other dispute resolution procedures in Latin America, Europe and Africa. His energy experience includes litigating power plant disputes, disputes arising out of oil and gas leases and joint operating agreements, issues related to pipeline transmission disputes, product liability claims relating to oil field tools and supplies, and personal injury and death cases specific to the oil and gas industry.
