Gregory P. Cunningham is a member in the firm's Corporate Law Practice Group. He joined the firm in September, 2001. Greg's practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and general corporate counseling for a large variety of established and emerging growth clients. He has extensive experience counseling clients in a broad array of business issues.

Greg provides continuing legal advice to a number of the firm’s corporate clients in the areas of licensing, commercial contracts, loan agreements, stockholder agreements, employment agreements and confidentiality/non-competition agreements. His practice also includes counseling clients with corporate, partnership and LLC formation and governance issues.

In 1998, Greg received his Bachelor of Science from Fairfield University. He received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2001.
