Gregory P. Webb

Greg Webb concentrates his practice in the area of intellectual property law. In particular, he focuses on procuring, prosecuting, and enforcing intellectual property rights for clients with domestic and international portfolios.

Greg's primary focus is in the area of patent law. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in a variety of technological fields, including medical devices, semiconductor manufacturing and processing, medical simulators, computer networks, software, telecommunications, and well logging. Greg also has experience conducting searches and preparing opinion letters regarding patentability, freedom of operation, validity, and infringement.
