With a focus on complex business transactions, Greg regularly works with private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity restructurings, divestitures, and executive compensation and incentive arrangements. Greg has structured, negotiated and closed many transactions within a variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing, distribution, business services, retail, and food and beverage. With an emphasis on understanding market terms and best practices, Greg is a member of the firm’s working group on middle market transactions and works closely with his colleagues in adjacent practice areas to tailor private equity-centric solutions.
