H. Debra Levin

H. Debra Levin is a co-chair of the the firm’s Private Wealth Practice. She has more than 40 years of experience advising family business owners, wealthy individuals and their survivors, and generations of families regarding estate planning and post-death issues.
Ms. Levin assists clients with the complicated and often emotional distribution of estate assets among children, stepchildren and former and surviving spouses. She has represented numerous not-for-profit organizations and offers a wealth of experience in creating charitable vehicles to carry out the plans of individual donors.

In addition, Ms. Levin draws upon her technical knowledge of intricate employee plan distribution rules to reduce estate and income taxes for closely held business owners.
