Ms. Olson advises large and small clients regarding business and commercial matters, including commercial finance, real estate, construction, and resource transactions. Her focus includes: Business and Commercial Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and Partnerships, Commercial Real Estate, Financing and Secured Transactions, Opinions, Construction Agreements, Contracting with Wyoming Governmental Entities.

Her real estate practice includes experience in complex purchase and sale transactions, resource project development, mortgaging and leasing matters. She frequently represents both borrowers and lenders in financing transactions and buyers and sellers in acquisitions and she has a significant legal opinion practice. Her construction practice and experience includes advising general contractor clients on contracting with Wyoming governmental entities and negotiating construction agreements for public works projects throughout the State. Ms. Olson also provides general corporate advice to many clients and assists her clients with a variety of commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Ms. Olson was an associate at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP in Phoenix, Arizona where she was a member of the firm's Corporate Practice Group.
