Michael Threet's practice concentrates in the areas of federal and state taxation of investment funds, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals.

Michael's experience includes tax and business planning for corporate acquisitions, reorganizations, and liquidations; business and real estate transactions; debt and equity offerings; and investment fund, corporate, partnership, and limited liability company formations and operations, as well as federal and state tax controversies. Michael’s experience also includes planning and advice regarding renewable energy tax credits.
