Jake Robinson

Mr. Robinson’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters for public and private companies and private equity funds. He also has experience with corporate finance transactions.

Mr. Robinson received his law degree from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 2011. He received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Economic Decision Analysis from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with highest honors, in 2008.
