James Dee is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Dee was a legal extern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California.

Mr. Dee received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was a student director of the Community and Economic Development Clinic. He also served as an executive editor of the Yale Journal of Law and Technology and was a finalist in an international moot court competition held in South Africa. He received his B.A. from Pomona College and was a summer associate at the Palo Alto and Hong Kong offices of Morrison & Foerster.

Mr. Dee speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese.
