James Comyn is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group based in our Abu Dhabi office, where he serves as Office Managing Partner. Prior to moving to Abu Dhabi in 2009, James was a partner in the firm’s European Corporate Group based in London. He has extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions and joint ventures and minority investments. He has advised many of the region’s government owned entities on transactions with foreign partners and foreign partners investing in the countries of the Arabian Gulf, particularly in oil & gas related industries.
