James E. Boddy Jr

James Boddy is engaged in a general labor and employment practice, including state and federal litigation in labor, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and unfair competition cases; National Labor Relations Board proceedings; collective bargaining negotiations and arbitrations; administrative practice before state and federal agencies in the employment discrimination areas; and counseling in all areas of labor and employment law. Mr. Boddy also has substantial experience in disability access litigation and counseling.

He is the author of California Employment Agreements and California Termination Agreements, computer software for generating employment, arbitration, proprietary information, and termination agreements, published by Lawgic Publishing Company. Mr. Boddy also served as the original chief editor of California Employers' Guide to Employee Handbooks and Personnel Policy Manuals, published by Matthew Bender.
