Jim Maher

is counsel in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Maher has twenty-three years of courtroom experience representing clients in hundreds of personal injury and commercial litigation cases. Mr. Maher has practiced in most of the federal and state courts in Texas, as well as the federal courts in New York and the state courts of Maryland, New York, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania. He specializes in the defense of energy companies in tort litigation, including toxic tort and environmental cases. Mr. Maher also has significant experience in the defense of health care professionals and lawyers in professional negligence cases, employment litigation and media law.
