James R. George ("Jim")
has litigated for 30 years and his practice has been limited to litigation arising from estates, trusts and guardianships for the past 25 years.
Jim represents individual and institutional fiduciaries in actions for breach of duty, removal, and surcharge. Jim’s representation also includes corporate clients, charitable organizations, and individual beneficiaries in will and trust contests, will and trust construction and reformation actions, trust modification, revocation, and termination actions.
Jim represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in all aspects of the administration of estates and trusts. Jim has extensive experience in contested incapacity and guardianship proceedings and often serves as an expert witness and mediator in trust and estate matters.
