Jim Nagle is of counsel to and former chair of Goodwin Procter’s Labor & Employment Practice. With more than 30 years’ experience, Mr. Nagle focuses his practice on defending corporations against employee claims. Mr. Nagle practices in both state and federal courts, as well as before a variety of administrative agencies.
