For over 25 years, Jason has practiced in the areas of white-collar criminal and complex civil litigation. Jason's white-collar practice includes securities fraud, government contract fraud, antitrust, tax, insurance and environmental crimes. He represents companies in connection with data breaches. He conducts internal investigations and represents individual and corporate clients for grand jury appearances, trials, sentencings and appeals in federal and state courts. His civil litigation practice includes complex commercial disputes, fraud and civil RICO.

Before joining the firm, Jason was a partner in the New York office of a large national firm. Prior to that, Jason was Chief of the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of New York, where he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney since 1991. During his nine years as a federal prosecutor, he investigated and prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, including securities fraud, government contract fraud and public corruption.
