Jason Brenkert is a Partner in the corporate department of Dorsey’s Denver office and a member of Dorsey's Cross-Border practice group. His practice focuses on securities regulation, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate law. Mr. Brenkert is an experienced international corporate finance attorney, who represents companies, underwriters, agents and investors.

Mr. Brenkert’s practice is devoted to counseling foreign companies and institutions seeking to access public and private financial markets in the United States or engaging in cross-border mergers and acquisitions with respect to securities laws and corporate governance compliance issues. Mr. Brenkert also counsels domestic public companies with respect to periodic reporting obligations, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, takeover defense, and access to foreign capital markets.
