Jason Morelli is a member of Latham & Watkins’ Corporate Department and Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Public Company Representation Practices.

Mr. Morelli’s practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, corporate reorganizations or restructurings, and takeover defense matters and proxy contests.

Mr. Morelli also advises lenders and financial advisors in connection with M&A transactions and securities offerings, as well as venture capital and private equity investors and portfolio companies in financing, strategic investment and general company representation matters. Mr. Morelli co-authored "Amendments to Delaware Merger Statuses: An Arrow in Your Quiver, Not a Silver Bullet."
