Jason regularly represents a financial institution specializing in the health care financial services in connection with its senior secured credit facilities provided to borrowers in the senior living industry throughout the country. He also regularly represents financial institutions in all aspects of their portfolio administration matters including without limitation, purchases and sales of portfolios, loan and lease transactions involving all types of equipment, aircraft and other collateral, debt restructuring and workout matters. Jason also regularly represents a hedge fund that focuses on real estate and private equity transactions. In addition, he also counsels companies in various aspects of financing and corporate related matters on an ongoing basis.
