Jason Lehner, a partner in the Capital Markets Group, represents issuers and investment banks in a broad range of public and private capital markets transactions. Mr. Lehner is head of the firm’s North American High Yield Group and has extensive experience in leveraged buyouts, high yield debt issuances, cross-border securities offerings and liability management transactions. Mr. Lehner also advises U.S. and Canadian corporations with respect to corporate governance and other general corporate matters. He has worked on transactions involving companies in a broad range of industries, including metals and mining, media and telecommunications, power and energy, general industrials, consumer products and forest products.
