Jason T. Burnette

Jason Burnette's practice focuses on state and federal appellate litigation and complex trial litigation. While serving as a judicial clerk, he gained experience in a wide array of substantive legal areas. He has worked on dozens of motions and appeals in state and federal courts in a variety of substantive areas including securities law, product liability, federal appellate jurisdiction, and personal jurisdiction.

Jason currently represents R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in appeals from compensatory and punitive damages awards in the Florida Engle progeny trial cases.
