Jason Taketa's practice focuses on complex business transactions. Mr. Taketa is experienced in all aspects of the processes of business acquisitions or divestitures, private and public securities offerings and joint venture formation, including negotiating and drafting of transaction agreements, identifying and mitigating material risks and coordinating the closing process.
