Jason T. Whiting

A member of Venable’s Tax and Wealth Planning Group, Jason Whiting has over a decade of experience advising high-net worth individuals and families regarding wealth succession and related income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues, and frequently represents clients before the IRS.

Mr. Whiting provides clients with sophisticated wealth transfer strategies including grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable trusts, life insurance trusts, residence trusts, buy/sell agreements, and family entities such as partnerships and LLCs. He also advises trustees on their duties in administering trusts, and advises individuals and organizations regarding the formation and operation of section 501(c)(3) charities and private foundations.
