Jason Capps is developing his practice in general corporate, M&A, private equity and securities matters.

Jason received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in Los Angeles, where he was an editor for the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. During law school, Jason was a legal intern with the Motion Picture Association of America and spent his second summer with Bingham, working out of the Los Angeles office. Prior to law school, Jason worked for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Merrill Lynch Global Private Client Group.
